At UniquePulse, we currently ship orders across India.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details through the contact information provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 3–7 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

4. Incorrect Address

Please make sure your name, phone number, and delivery address are correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is provided, contact us as soon as possible at 8595489424. We may not be able to change the address once the order has been dispatched.

5. Failed Delivery & RTO

If a courier is unable to deliver an order after the required delivery attempts, the shipment may be returned to us.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or failure to accept an order may affect your ability to place future COD orders.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will coordinate with the relevant courier partner and assist you with the available resolution.
